Stat. tit. 62, § 62-34.100","heading":"Disclosure of disbursement of federal stimulus funds","body":"The Office of Management and Enterprise Services shall maintain\n\na website providing public access to the documentation of the\n\ndisbursement by state agencies of federal funds received pursuant to\n\nthe federal American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. The\n\nwebsite shall provide a list of all stimulus fund expenditures\n\nregardless of amount. The entire list of stimulus fund expenditures\n\nshall be available for export in standardized formats including but\n\nnot limited to eXtensible Markup Language (XML) and Comma Separated\n\nValue (CSV) formats. The list of expenditures shall include\n\nsearchable functionality including but not limited to the ability to\n\nsearch the expenditures by the name of the entity receiving funding,\n\nname of entity processing funding and name of entity benefiting from\n\nfunding. This site shall include the name and principal location of\n\nthe entity and/or recipients of the funds regardless of amount, the\n\namount of funds expended, the funding or expending agency, and a\n\ndescriptive purpose of the funding action or expenditure.
