Stat. tit. 62, § 62-34.103A","heading":"Revenue analysis testing","body":"In addition to the other duties imposed upon it by law and by\n\nthe provisions of this act, the State Board of Equalization shall\n\ncreate an agenda item for its December 2025 meeting and its February\n\n2026 meeting to perform an analysis regarding the provisions of this\n\nact as if the State Board were to be performing the revenue analysis\n\nin order to comply with the provisions of this act at its December\n\n2026 meeting and its February 2027 meeting in order to provide an\n\nopportunity for the State Board of Equalization, the Office of\n\nManagement and Enterprise Services, the Oklahoma Tax Commission or\n\nother entities to establish procedures necessary for the State Board\n\nof Equalization to perform the duties imposed upon it pursuant to\n\nthe provisions of subsection D of Section 34.103 of Title 62 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes and any other applicable provision of this act.\n\nAll state government entities shall cooperate with the State Board\n\nof Equalization to provide necessary information to comply with the\n\nprovisions of this section.","path":["OK Code","Title 62"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os62.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"0d5ae6315364c56a35c3a2e9908b98a0a6fcf0b631737d0bef33236f1011f207","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-62-62-34.103","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-62-62-34.104"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
