Stat. tit. 62, § 62-34.104","heading":"Revenue Stabilization Fund performance report","body":"Not later than December 15, 2018, and every five (5) years\n\nthereafter, the Office of Management and Enterprise Services shall\n\nsubmit a report to the Joint Committee on Appropriations and Budget,\n\nand the Governor on the performance of the Revenue Stabilization\n\nFund set forth in this section. The reports shall include an\n\nanalysis of the deposit formulae impact on General Revenue Fund tax\n\nrevenue volatility, the adequacy of deposits required by the formula\n\nto the Revenue Stabilization Fund to replace potential future\n\nrevenue declines, and the withdrawal provisions of the Revenue\n\nStabilization Fund.
