Stat. tit. 62, § 62-34.11.1.2","heading":"Oklahoma Employment Security Commission Information","body":"Technology Innovation Revolving Fund.\n\nThere is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Office of Management and Enterprise Services to be\n\ndesignated the “Oklahoma Employment Security Commission Information\n\nTechnology Innovation Revolving Fund”. The fund shall be a\n\ncontinuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall\n\nconsist of all monies appropriated to the revolving fund created\n\nherein. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby\n\nappropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Office of\n\nManagement and Enterprise Services for the purpose of augmenting the\n\ninformation technology infrastructure of the Oklahoma Employment\n\nSecurity Commission.
