There is hereby established the Oklahoma State Government\n\nSecurity Breach Transparency Initiative.\n\nB. The Chief Information Officer shall develop and maintain an\n\nonline web presence at the web address security.ok.gov. The site\n\nshall allow the public access to security breaches as described in\n\nthis section.\n\nC. For each security breach of a system for which notification\n\nmay be required of any state agency pursuant to Section 3113.1 of\n\nTitle 74 of the Oklahoma Statutes or any other applicable Oklahoma\n\nor federal law, rule or regulation, the state agency shall\n\nimmediately notify the Chief Information Officer of the breach and\n\nfully cooperate to provide all information related to the breach\n\nthat is requested by the Chief Information Officer.\n\nD.
