There is hereby established the “Oklahoma State Government\n\nOpen Documents Initiative”.\n\nB. The Chief Information Officer shall develop and maintain an\n\nonline web presence at the web address “documents.ok.gov”. The site\n\nshall allow public access to electronic documents described in this\n\nsection. The site shall include functionality allowing site\n\nvisitors to search the documents by term.\n\nC. The Chief Information Officer shall promulgate procedures by\n\nwhich each state agency, board, commission, and public trust having\n\nthe State of Oklahoma as a beneficiary shall submit a searchable\n\nelectronic version of each publication to the “documents.ok.gov”\n\nwebsite. The procedures shall require submission to the site of all\n\npublications otherwise required by law to be submitted to either the\n\nPublications Clearinghouse of the Department of Libraries, the\n\nGovernor, the Speaker of the House of Representatives or the\n\nPresident Pro Tempore of the Senate. The procedures shall require\n\nthe electronic documents to be provided in an indexed format which\n\nenables the document to be searched by specific term.\n\nD.
