There is hereby established the “Oklahoma State Government\n\nForms One-Stop Initiative”.\n\nB. The Chief Information Officer shall develop and maintain an\n\nonline web presence at the web address “forms.ok.gov”. The site\n\nshall allow public access to forms described in this section. The\n\nsite shall include functionality allowing site visitors to search\n\nthe forms by term.\n\nC. The Chief Information Officer shall promulgate procedures by\n\nwhich each state agency, board, commission, and public trust having\n\nthe State of Oklahoma as a beneficiary shall submit a searchable\n\nelectronic version of each form to the “forms.ok.gov” website. The\n\nprocedures shall require the forms to be provided in an indexed\n\nformat which enables the form to be searched by specific term.\n\nD.
