There is hereby established the “Oklahoma State Government\n\nGeographic Information One-Stop Initiative”.\n\nB. The State Geographic Information Coordinator shall develop\n\nand maintain an online web presence at the web address\n\n“maps.ok.gov”. The site shall allow public access to geodata\n\ndescribed in this section.\n\nC. The State Geographic Information Coordinator shall\n\npromulgate procedures by which each state agency, board, commission\n\nand public trust having the State of Oklahoma as a beneficiary shall\n\nsubmit geodata to the Office of Geographic Information to be\n\npublished on the “maps.ok.gov” website.\n\nD. For the purposes of this section, the term “geodata” shall\n\nmean information which can be presented as a component of a\n\ngeographic or spatial presentation.\n\nE.
