The State Governmental Technology Applications Review\n\nBoard shall establish a statewide assistance program with guidelines\n\nand support to encourage all state agencies in the development of a\n\ntelework model designed for maximum efficiency and to reduce the\n\nneed for additional state office space and to produce cost savings.\n\n2. In establishing a statewide assistance telework program, the\n\nBoard, working with the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices, shall:\n\na. provide policies and guidance for telework in the\n\nareas of pay and leave, performance management,\n\nofficial worksite, recruitment and retention and\n\naccommodation for employees with disabilities,\n\nb. assist each state agency in establishing qualitative\n\nand quantitative measures and telework goals,\n\nc. provide guidance to ensure the adequacy of information\n\nand security protections for information and\n\ninformation systems while teleworking to:\n\n(1) control access to agency information and\n\ninformation systems,\n\n(2) protect agency information and information\n\nsystems,\n\n(3) protect information systems not under the control\n\nof the state agency that are used for telework,\n\n(4) limit the introduction of vulnerabilities, and\n\n(5) safeguard wireless and other telecommunications\n\ncapabilities, and\n\nd. maintain a central telework website including:\n\n(1) telework links,\n\n(2) announcements,\n\n(3) guidance developed by the Board and the Office of\n\nManagement and Enterprise Services, and\n\n(4) documents to be used by staff, managers and human\n\nresource professionals.\n\nB. The State Governmental Technology Applications Review Board\n\nshall establish performance reporting metrics for each state\n\nemployee who begins participating in telework following July 1,\n\n2012. These reports shall be published through the data.ok.gov\n\nwebsite.\n\nC. The Oklahoma Healthcare Authority shall authorize one\n\ndivision of employees to participate in a telework pilot program\n\npursuant to the terms of this section.\n\nD.
