There is hereby established the “Oklahoma State Government\n\nIT Project Monitoring and Transparency Initiative”.\n\nB. The Chief Information Officer shall develop and maintain an\n\nonline web presence at the web address “projects.ok.gov”. The site\n\nshall allow the public to monitor the status of every information\n\ntechnology project resulting in expenditure in excess of One Hundred\n\nThousand Dollars ($100,000.00).\n\nC. A report of each project subject to the terms of this\n\ninitiative shall be updated regularly and provide the public with\n\nupdates as to the status of the project’s estimated completion time,\n\ndeliverables and cost.
