There is hereby established the Oklahoma State Government\n\nBusiness Licensing One-Stop Program.\n\nB. The Chief Information Officer shall promulgate procedures by\n\nwhich state agencies shall enter into an arrangement with the Office\n\nof Management and Enterprise Services for the provision of a real-\n\ntime licensing and permitting one-stop web-based offering.\n\nC. Real-time licensing and permitting services shall be made\n\navailable to the public through the website Business.ok.gov and\n\nshall be offered through the 2nd Century Entrepreneurship Center\n\nbusiness licensing framework.\n\nD. The 2nd Century Entrepreneurship Center and all\n\ncorresponding assets and personnel are hereby transferred from the\n\nOklahoma Department of Commerce to the Information Services Division\n\nof the Office of Management and Enterprise Services.\n\nE. The Chief Information Officer may grant an exemption from\n\nthe requirements of this section to state agencies which offer\n\nlicensing and permitting procedures requiring documentation that\n\ncannot be provided through a web-based portal. Exemptions shall be\n\nlimited to individual licensing processes, shall not be granted on\n\nan agency-by-agency basis and shall be reported according to the\n\nrequirements of subsection D of Section 34.24.1 of this title. Each\n\nexemption shall be renewed on an annual basis.\n\nF.
