Stat. tit. 62, § 62-34.13","heading":"Statement of charges","body":"The Information Services Division of the Office of Management\n\nand Enterprise Services shall, at the end of each month, render a\n\nstatement of charges to all state agencies to which it has furnished\n\nprocessing services for the direct costs of the Data Service Center\n\nof the Information Services Division, which shall be timely paid.\n\nIn total, the charges shall not exceed the direct costs of the Data\n\nService Center of the Information Services Division. Systems\n\nanalysts and programming services costs shall be recovered directly\n\nfrom the agency for which the service was rendered, as agreed to by\n\nthat agency, and shall not be prorated to agencies not receiving\n\nsuch services. If the charges or programming services costs are not\n\ntimely paid by a state agency, the Information Services Division may\n\nrequest the Division of Central Accounting and Reporting of the\n\nOffice of Management and Enterprise Services to create vouchers and\n\nprocess payments to the Information Services Division against the\n\nfunds of the delinquent agency.
