Define the requirements for a facility that can be used by\n\nany state agency to:\n\na. install backup information technology equipment, or\n\nb. install information technology equipment acquired as\n\nthe result of the primary processing facilities being\n\nunavailable for an extended period of time;\n\n2. Enter into a multiyear agreement for a private facility that\n\nmeets the defined requirements; and\n\n3.
