The Office of Management and Enterprise Services shall\n\nrecognize as a statewide contract an unencumbered contract\n\nconsummated in behalf of the telecommunications network known as\n\nOneNet by the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education or any\n\nother state entity assigned responsibility for OneNet; provided,\n\nsaid recognition shall require recommendation by the Information\n\nServices Division of the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices. The Office of Management and Enterprise Services shall\n\nnot subject purchases pursuant to said contracts to any quantity\n\nlimit.\n\nB. For purchases that require review of the purchase\n\nrequisition by the Information Services Division of the Office of\n\nManagement and Enterprise Services and that are not available on a\n\nstatewide contract but are available from a General Services\n\nAdministration (GSA) schedule or contract, or are available from a\n\nGSA schedule or contract at a lesser price than from a state\n\ncontract, state agencies may, with the approval of the Information\n\nServices Division, purchase from the vendor or vendors on the GSA\n\nschedule or contract.\n\nC.
