In all instances in which the Office of Management and\n\nEnterprise Services changes a policy affecting a state agency, the\n\nOffice of Management and Enterprise Services shall provide the\n\naffected agency with written notice no fewer than thirty (30) days\n\nin advance of the policy's implementation.\n\nB. During the period after an affected agency has been\n\nnotified, and prior to the implementation of the policy, the\n\naffected agency shall be permitted to respond to the Office of\n\nManagement and Enterprise Services and request to be exempted from\n\nthe policy change, or request modifications to the policy. The\n\naffected agency shall be given a final notice in written format\n\nexplaining any changes to a policy prior to its implementation.\n\nC.
