By December 31, 2022, the Director of the Office of\n\nManagement and Enterprise Services (OMES) shall initiate a request\n\nfor proposal for the rationalization and determination of which\n\nstate applications and databases can be immediately transferred to a\n\ncloud-based data storage platform. The purpose of this request for\n\nproposal is to give this state the ability to accurately evaluate\n\nthe cost and plans needed to implement modernization of the state’s\n\napplications and databases. These applications and databases shall\n\nbe limited to customer relationship management tools, case\n\nmanagement tools, workflow tools and supplemental financial systems.\n\nOMES is authorized to enter into a contract for such services,\n\npursuant to the provisions of law.\n\nB. Notice of the request for proposal shall be published in the\n\nmanner provided for competitive bidding. The contract shall be\n\nawarded to the responsible offeror whose proposal is determined to\n\nachieve the desired goal of rationalization of technology for the\n\nstate.\n\nC.
