Stat. tit. 62, § 62-34.22","heading":"Telecommunications Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Office of Management and Enterprise Services to be\n\ndesignated the \"Telecommunications Revolving Fund\". The fund shall\n\nbe a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and\n\nshall consist of appropriations made by the Legislature and\n\nreimbursements for providing telecommunications services as defined\n\nin Sections 34.19, 34.20, 34.21 and 34.24 of this title. All monies\n\naccruing to such fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted\n\nand expended by the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for\n\nthe purpose of providing telecommunications, Internet, and\n\neGovernment services, as referenced in Sections 34.24 and 34.25 of\n\nthis title, the construction and maintenance of information\n\ntechnology facilities and services, and other related services.\n\nExpenditures from said fund shall be made upon warrants issued by\n\nthe State Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law with\n\nthe Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for\n\napproval and payment.","path":["OK Code","Title 62"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os62.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"ef95a50ca42d14760eef0b5c335fafedc49c666dfc0873fa5db151470e09e33b","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-62-62-34.210","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-62-62-34.23"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
