In order to be at the forefront of electronic commerce and\n\nprovide constituents, agencies and out-of-state users with state-of-\n\nthe-art electronic commerce and Internet tools, the State of\n\nOklahoma recognizes the need for a state portal system connecting\n\nstate agency websites and information systems.\n\nB. The Information Services Division of the Office of\n\nManagement and Enterprise Services shall manage the installation,\n\nmaintenance and administration of the state portal system.\n\nC.
