Unless exempted pursuant to Section 34.27 of this title,\n\neach state agency, board, commission or other entity organized\n\nwithin the executive department of state government responsible for\n\nlicensing or permitting shall utilize the portal system to allow for\n\na link to a web-based application and renewal application for any\n\nlicense or permit issued by that agency. Access to the online\n\nrenewal systems shall be featured prominently on the portal system.\n\nB. Each entity responsible for licensing or permitting shall\n\nmake available to the Office of Management and Enterprise Services\n\non a yearly basis a report describing the number of licenses issued,\n\nlicense renewals and permits issued as well as an estimate of the\n\namount of savings incurred by the entity as a result of the online\n\nlicensing and permitting process.\n\nC. The Office of Management and Enterprise Services shall make\n\navailable to the public a copy of each report submitted in\n\naccordance with the requirements of subsection B of this section by\n\nplacing the report on the website defined in Section 46 of this\n\ntitle.\n\nD. The state agencies may accept an electronic signature in the\n\napplication process for any license or permit; provided, the use of\n\nan electronic signature shall not create a significant risk to the\n\nintegrity of the license or permit.\n\nE.
