Stat. tit. 62, § 62-34.29","heading":"Definitions","body":"As used in Sections 34.28 through 34.30 of this title:\n\n1. \"Accessibility\" means compliance with nationally accepted\n\naccessibility and usability standards, such as those established in\n\nSection 508 of the Workforce Investment Act of 1998;\n\n2. \"Individual with disabilities\" means any individual who is\n\nconsidered to have a disability or handicap for the purposes of any\n\nfederal or Oklahoma law;\n\n3. \"Information technology\" means any electronic information\n\nequipment or interconnected system that is used in the acquisition,\n\nstorage, manipulation, management, movement, control, display,\n\nswitching, interchange, transmission, or reception of data or\n\ninformation, including audio, graphic, and text;\n\n4. \"State agency\" means any office, officer, bureau, board,\n\ncounsel, court, commission, institution, unit, division, body or\n\nhouse of the executive or judicial branches of the state government,\n\nwhether elected or appointed, excluding political subdivisions of\n\nthe state.
