There is hereby created in the Executive Department, the\n\nOffice of Management and Enterprise Services.\n\nB. The term “state agency” or “agency”, when used in the\n\nOklahoma State Finance Act, shall mean any agency, board, bureau,\n\ncommission, or other entity organized within the executive\n\ndepartment of state government.\n\nC.
