The Department of Central Services, Office of Personnel\n\nManagement, Oklahoma State Employees Benefits Council and the State\n\nand Education Employees Group Insurance Board are consolidated into\n\nthe Office of Management and Enterprise Services. The Director of\n\nthe Office of Management and Enterprise Services shall assume all\n\nexecutive-level responsibilities for each agency and shall function\n\nas and possess the powers of the agency director for each\n\nconsolidated agency as enumerated by existing statute. For the\n\npurposes of this section the term “consolidated agencies” shall mean\n\nthe Department of Central Services, Office of Personnel Management,\n\nOklahoma State Employees Benefits Council and the State and\n\nEducation Employees Group Insurance Board. Any funds appropriated\n\nto, in the possession of or allocated to any of the consolidated\n\nagencies shall be deemed to be funds of the Office of Management and\n\nEnterprise Services.\n\nB. Upon request of the Director of the Office of Management and\n\nEnterprise Services, the personnel of the consolidated agencies\n\nshall deliver to the Office of Management and Enterprise Services\n\nall books, papers, records and property of the consolidated\n\nagencies.\n\nC. All functions, powers, duties and obligations previously\n\nassigned to each of the consolidated agencies are hereby transferred\n\nto the Office of Management and Enterprise Services.\n\nD. All rules, regulations, acts, orders, determinations and\n\ndecisions of the consolidated agencies pertaining to the functions\n\nand powers herein transferred and assigned to the Office of\n\nManagement and Enterprise Services, in force at the time of such\n\ntransfer, assignment, assumption or devolution shall continue in\n\nforce and effect as rules, regulations, acts, orders, determinations\n\nand decisions of the consolidated agencies until duly modified or\n\nabrogated by the appropriate body or until otherwise provided by\n\nlaw.","path":["OK Code","Title 62"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os62.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"420234f484aa915431198b1069a42ca75df74e7e5d2e935439162281ef79b2c3","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-62-62-34.3","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-62-62-34.301"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
