Stat. tit. 62, § 62-34.31.2","heading":"State technology contracts","body":"Notwithstanding any other section of law, the Chief Information\n\nOfficer may allow a public agency to utilize duly awarded state\n\ninformation technology and telecommunications contracts in lieu of\n\nbidding procedures, if any, otherwise applicable to such purchases\n\nby the public agency.
