Each state agency that is required to provide an itemized\n\nbudget request pursuant to the provisions of Section 34.36 of Title\n\n62 of the Oklahoma Statutes shall provide to the Director of the\n\nOffice of Management and Enterprise Services a written report, in a\n\nform approved by the Director, containing the following information:\n\n1. The amount of federal funds received by the agency;\n\n2. The source or sources of federal funds received by the\n\nagency;\n\n3. A description of any action required to be taken by the\n\nagency as a condition for the receipt or continued receipt of\n\nfederal funds; and\n\n4. A description of any action prohibited to be taken by the\n\nagency as a condition for the receipt or continued receipt of\n\nfederal funds.\n\nB. The report shall be submitted with the budget information\n\nrequired by Section 34.36 of Title 62 of the Oklahoma Statutes by\n\nthe date required by that section.\n\nC.
