All agencies of the state shall submit to the Director of\n\nthe Office of Management and Enterprise Services in all agency\n\nbudgets, in addition to other required information, whether such\n\nreports relate to past, present or future expenditures, an\n\nitemization of the amount attributable to each of the following\n\nexpenses:\n\n1. The number of persons, total amount of all salaries, the\n\ntotal amount of travel and subsistence expense and the total amount\n\nof personnel expense for:\n\na. data processing directors,\n\nb. systems analysts,\n\nc. programmers,\n\nd. electronic data processing operators,\n\ne. punch card machine operators,\n\nf. data processing control personnel,\n\ng. data processing clerical personnel, and\n\nh. other data processing personnel;\n\n2. Rental of data processing equipment;\n\n3. Purchase of data processing equipment;\n\n4. Maintenance of data processing equipment, if not included in\n\nrental expense;\n\n5. Data processing supplies;\n\n6. Data processing planning;\n\n7. Data processing conversion from one system to another;\n\n8. Rental and purchase of non-data processing equipment and\n\nsupplies utilized in a data processing operation;\n\n9. Shipment of data processing equipment;\n\n10. Rental of communication lines for transmission of data\n\nprocessing information;\n\n11. Data processing education;\n\n12. Rental of software packages;\n\n13. Contracting for development of systems; and\n\n14. Other data processing expense.\n\nB. All disbursements made from treasury funds by any state\n\nagency for the above-named expenses shall be budgeted to and\n\ndisbursed from a special allotment account to be created by the\n\nDirector of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services.\n\nC.
