Stat. tit. 62, § 62-34.45","heading":"Governor-elect and Lieutenant Governor-elect - Expenses","body":"prior to assuming office.\n\nThe Office of Management and Enterprise Services is hereby\n\nauthorized to provide the Governor-elect and Lieutenant Governor-\n\nelect with such reasonable and necessary services as the Governor-\n\nelect or Lieutenant Governor-elect may request in the performance of\n\ntheir duties prior to taking office and in preparation for assuming\n\nthe duties of office. The Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices is further authorized to allocate from the funds\n\nappropriated to the Office of Management and Enterprise Services the\n\nsum of Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000.00), or so much thereof as\n\nmay be necessary for use by the Governor-elect, if not incumbent,\n\nand the sum of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00), or so much thereof\n\nas may be necessary for use by the Lieutenant Governor-elect, if not\n\nincumbent, for expenses of personal services, office expense,\n\nsupplies, materials, travel and other necessary expenses incurred by\n\nsuch Governor-elect or Lieutenant Governor-elect in the performance\n\nof his or her duties prior to taking office and in preparation for\n\nassuming the duties of office.","path":["OK Code","Title 62"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os62.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"13110859fdc784a9fa47ddddfdd69505f0ed094f58c046dc3b7275aee2b19bf4","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-62-62-34.44","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-62-62-34.46"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
