Stat. tit. 62, § 62-34.46","heading":"Allocation of revenues - Accounts with agencies -","body":"Nonfiscal year appropriations - Supplemental appropriations.\n\nA. Revenues deposited in the State Treasury to the credit of\n\nthe General Revenue Fund or of any special fund which derives its\n\nrevenue in whole or part from state taxes or fees shall be allocated\n\nmonthly to each state agency or special appropriation on a\n\npercentage basis, in that ratio that the total appropriation for\n\neach such state agency or special appropriation from each fund for\n\nthat fiscal year bears to the total of all appropriations from each\n\nfund for that fiscal year. Appropriation allocations to the State\n\nBoard of Education for the financial support of public schools shall\n\nbe effective August 1 of the fiscal year in which they apply.\n\nB. A cash account shall be maintained by the agency of the\n\nstate charged with the allocation of revenues for each agency or\n\nspecial appropriation which receives appropriations from the general\n\nfund or any special fund, and no check or warrant shall be issued in\n\nexcess of the unexpended balance of said cash account at the time\n\nsuch check or warrant is issued.\n\nC. Cash allocations to each cash account shall be cumulative\n\nand shall be available for the payment of any claim incurred within\n\nthe appropriations for which such cash was allocated, including\n\nclaims incurred against nonfiscal year appropriations which are\n\navailable for contracts for thirty (30) months from date such acts\n\nare passed.\n\nD. Revenue allocations shall be made to nonfiscal\n\nappropriations. During the applicable fiscal year such\n\nappropriations shall become available for expenditure. Such\n\nappropriations may be expended only in that fiscal year. This\n\nlimitation applies equally to those revenue allocations made to such\n\nappropriation.\n\nE. Measures passed by the Legislature appropriating revenues\n\nfrom the General Revenue Fund, which are supplemental to the\n\noriginal budget in effect on July 1 of any fiscal year, shall be\n\nconsidered supplemental appropriations and shall receive revenue\n\nallocations for the first time in the month in which such acts\n\nbecome effective in compliance with Section 23 of Article X of the\n\nOklahoma Constitution.\n\nF.
