Stat. tit. 62, § 62-34.47","heading":"Allocation of revenues - Capital expenditures -","body":"Nonfiscal appropriations - Public Building Fund.\n\nA. The Division of Central Accounting and Reporting shall\n\nallocate all revenues to the credit of any fund in the State\n\nTreasury except the Public Building Fund, in accordance with the\n\nprovisions of Section 23 of Article X of the Oklahoma Constitution.\n\nB. The Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices may require that appropriations for capital expenditures be\n\nfinanced by a separate cash account so that allocations of cash to\n\nany agency for purposes of constructing buildings, making\n\nimprovements, purchasing equipment, or other capital expenditures,\n\nmay not be used to finance the current operations of the agency.\n\nC. Appropriations which are nonfiscal for contractual and\n\nexpenditure purposes, shall be considered fiscal for revenue\n\npurposes, but may be allotted for expenditure at any time within\n\nthirty (30) months from date such acts are enacted. Revenue which\n\naccrues to the credit of the Public Building Fund in the State\n\nTreasury shall be allocated to the appropriations from the Public\n\nBuilding Fund in consecutive order. The Governor shall designate\n\nthe order of payment of the appropriations from the Public Building\n\nFund. The Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices shall allocate the collections sufficient to pay the first\n\nappropriation designated by the Governor, before the Director\n\nallocates any amount to the second and so on, until all\n\nappropriations are provided for.
