The Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices may transfer monies from any treasury fund to the General\n\nRevenue Cash-flow Reserve Fund as required to satisfy monthly\n\nallocations scheduled from the General Revenue Fund for the then\n\ncurrent fiscal year. Funds from which any monies are so transferred\n\nshall be repaid before any transfers are made from the General\n\nRevenue Fund to the General Revenue Cash-flow Reserve Fund for the\n\nsubsequent fiscal year.\n\nB. The Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices may transfer monies to any treasury fund from the General\n\nRevenue Cash-flow Reserve Fund as required to satisfy cash-flow\n\nrequirements of the federal Cash Management Improvement Act. Funds\n\nto which any monies are so transferred shall be repaid within the\n\nsame month.
