To facilitate the payment of vendor invoices and contract\n\nestimates, the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices shall prescribe a uniform document to be used by all\n\nagencies of the state. The document shall provide summarized\n\ninformation relative to the referenced invoices or contract\n\nestimates, together with a space for the approval of the head of the\n\nagency approving said vendor invoices or contract estimates for\n\npayment.\n\nB. Vendor invoices and contract estimates shall be accepted by\n\nthe state in lieu of the claim form previously required in the same\n\nmanner as commercial invoices are paid.\n\nC. Vendor invoices and contract estimates shall be filed with\n\nthe agency receiving the merchandise or services in the same manner\n\nas invoices are filed with commercial firms.\n\nD. Upon receipt of invoices or contract estimates, the head of\n\nthe agency, or the agency's authorized agent, may approve said\n\ndocuments for payment as confirmation of delivery or acceptance of\n\nthe goods or services. Whereupon, the approved invoices or contract\n\nestimates shall be attached to the document provided for such\n\npurpose and the head of the agency approving such invoices of\n\ncontract estimates for payment shall affix the approval in the space\n\nprovided on the document.\n\nE.
