The Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices is hereby authorized to prescribe forms and electronic\n\nsystems to process claims and payroll to be used by the various\n\nagencies of the state. Any agency of the state may file a claim\n\nagainst more than one item of the current allotments within funds by\n\nindicating on the claim or payroll the account, or accounts to be\n\ncharged. The Director shall approve and charge such claim to the\n\naccount, or accounts, indicated after proper audit of the claim or\n\npayroll.\n\nB. These payroll systems are hereby authorized for use in\n\nclaiming amounts due individually to all employees within an agency\n\nof the state. Each payroll record shall show the total earnings,\n\nthe amount of each type of withholding and the net amount due each\n\nemployee.
