The elected or appointed executives of any state agency or\n\ntheir designated administrative employees shall approve individual\n\nclaims of the agency which are used as the basis for the payment of\n\nmoney from the State Treasury from any fund. These individuals\n\nshall be known as the \"agency approving officers\".\n\nB. Payrolls shall show the amount to be paid to each named\n\nperson for the period of time shown.\n\nC. The number of persons authorized to make such approval shall\n\nnot exceed five people for any one state agency without the special\n\napproval of the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices.\n\nD. All agency approving officers shall execute a bond issued by\n\na surety company licensed to do business in this state, payable to\n\nthe state in the amount required by the Director of the Office of\n\nManagement and Enterprise Services but not less than Fifty Thousand\n\nDollars ($50,000.00) and conditioned for the faithful performance of\n\ntheir duties, as surety, which shall be approved by the Director of\n\nthe Office of Management and Enterprise Services and filed in the\n\noffice of the Secretary of State.\n\nE.
