Stat. tit. 62, § 62-34.74","heading":"Grievance - Remedy","body":"Any vendor of goods or services purchased by or delivered to an\n\nagency of the state whose payment is delayed beyond the forty-five-\n\nday limit and who has not been compensated by payment of interest as\n\nprovided for in the Oklahoma State Finance Act may file a grievance\n\nwith the Office of the Governor, who shall transmit it to the\n\nDirector of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services. Upon\n\nreceipt of such grievance, the Director shall pay the total amount\n\nof such invoice with interest as required, within fifteen (15) days,\n\nto remedy such grievance.
