The State Department of Health is authorized to enter into\n\ncontracts with third party administrators to establish a system for\n\nprocessing claims for payment pursuant to the United States\n\nDepartment of Agriculture Women, Infants and Children Supplemental\n\nNutrition Program.\n\nB. The State Board of Health shall promulgate rules and develop\n\nprocedures necessary for implementation and administration of the\n\nsystem.\n\nC. The State Board of Health is authorized to develop\n\nprocedures that allow for the payment of gross vouchers received by\n\na third party administrator adjusted by returned items or any other\n\ndisallowances.\n\nD. The State Department of Health is authorized to transfer any\n\navailable federal or revolving funds to their WIC Disbursing Fund as\n\nneeded for the purpose of providing cash flow until federal funds\n\nare received.
