The State Department of Rehabilitation Services is\n\nauthorized to establish an encumbrance and preaudit system for\n\nsettlement of claims relating to social service benefits and medical\n\nbenefits to or for persons eligible under applicable federal laws\n\nand regulations, Oklahoma Statutes, and policies established by the\n\nCommission for Rehabilitation Services for the following programs:\n\n1. Vocational and other rehabilitation;\n\n2. Educational services;\n\n3. Disability Determination Services; and\n\n4. Services for the Blind and Visually Impaired.\n\nB. Prior to inclusion in this procedure, the State Department\n\nof Rehabilitation Services shall provide to the Director of the\n\nOffice of Management and Enterprise Services, for approval, detailed\n\nlistings of the type of payments to be made for each of these\n\nprograms specified in subsection A of this section.\n\nC. The State Department of Rehabilitation Services shall\n\nprovide the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices a daily report of the dollar amount of claims settled and\n\nchecks or warrants issued, the dollar amount of checks or warrants\n\ncanceled, and the dollar amount of checks or warrants canceled by\n\nstatutes.","path":["OK Code","Title 62"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os62.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"0366b7b33403626b046aee96ef2c01fc173d81736343be8e6674a07057634196","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-62-62-34.76","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-62-62-34.78"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
