Stat. tit. 62, § 62-34.9","heading":"Classification of funds - Manner of keeping fund","body":"accounts.\n\nThe Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services\n\nis hereby authorized and directed to classify funds in the State\n\nTreasury and to prescribe the manner of issuance of checks or\n\nwarrants against each class of funds to accomplish the purpose for\n\nwhich each such fund was created. The State Treasurer shall be, and\n\nis, required to keep fund accounts in accordance with such\n\nclassification. The Director of the Office of Management and\n\nEnterprise Services shall group funds of a similar nature in a\n\nseries of classes.
