Stat. tit. 62, § 62-34.90","heading":"Common Education Technology Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the State Department of Education to be designated the \"Common\n\nEducation Technology Revolving Fund\". The fund shall be a\n\ncontinuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall\n\nconsist of monies received pursuant to the provisions of\n\nsubparagraph a of paragraph 2 and subparagraph a of paragraph 3 of\n\nSection 1004 of Title 68 of the Oklahoma Statutes and any funds\n\npreviously deposited in the Common Education Technology Fund. All\n\nmonies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby appropriated\n\nand may be budgeted and expended by the State Department of\n\nEducation as authorized by the Oklahoma Legislature.
