Stat. tit. 62, § 62-34.91","heading":"Higher Education Capital Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education to be designated\n\nthe \"Higher Education Capital Revolving Fund\". The fund shall be a\n\ncontinuing fund not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall\n\nconsist of monies received pursuant to the provisions of\n\nsubparagraph b of paragraph 2 and subparagraph b of paragraph 3 of\n\nSection 1004 of Title 68 of the Oklahoma Statutes and any funds\n\npreviously deposited in the Higher Education Capital Fund.
