There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education to be\n\ndesignated the \"Oklahoma Student Aid Revolving Fund\". The fund\n\nshall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations,\n\nand shall consist of monies received pursuant to the provisions of\n\nsubparagraph c of paragraph 2 and subparagraph c of paragraph 3 of\n\nsubsection A of Section 1004 of Title 68 of the Oklahoma Statutes\n\nand any funds previously deposited in the Oklahoma Tuition\n\nScholarship Fund. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are\n\nhereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Oklahoma\n\nState Regents for Higher Education as authorized by the Oklahoma\n\nLegislature. Expenditures from said fund shall be made upon\n\nwarrants issued by the State Treasurer against claims filed as\n\nprescribed by law with the Director of the Office of Management and\n\nEnterprise Services for approval and payment.\n\nB. Beginning with fiscal year 2003, monies accruing to the\n\ncredit of the Oklahoma Student Aid Revolving Fund shall be\n\nappropriated for and budgeted and expended for providing student aid\n\nin the form of state tuition aid grants awarded pursuant to the\n\nHigher Education Tuition Aid Act and scholarships awarded pursuant\n\nto the Oklahoma State Regents' Academic Scholars Program.","path":["OK Code","Title 62"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os62.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"5052901fa538fd5fe00967bc0589cbc691939ad2df53058bc119ceaaa6f738fe","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-62-62-34.91","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-62-62-34.93"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
