Stat. tit. 62, § 62-34.93","heading":"Teachers' Retirement System Dedicated Revenue Revolving","body":"Fund – Separate accounting of revenues – Permitted expenditures.\n\nA. The Office of Management and Enterprise Services shall\n\nseparately account for revenues which are deposited to the credit of\n\nthe Teachers' Retirement System Dedicated Revenue Revolving Fund of\n\nthe State Treasury pursuant to the provisions of Sections 1353, 1403\n\nand 2352 of Title 68 of the Oklahoma Statutes on a fiscal year basis\n\nand shall provide an accounting to the Governor, President Pro\n\nTempore of the Senate, and the Speaker of the House of\n\nRepresentatives within thirty (30) days after the end of the fiscal\n\nyear.\n\nB. Funds separately accounted for herein shall be used only to\n\nfund the currently unfunded liability of the Teachers' Retirement\n\nSystem and for no other purpose. Any appropriation or expenditure\n\nof any of such funds for any other purpose shall be null and void\n\nand of no effect. Each month the State Department of Education\n\nshall transfer the monies apportioned to the Teachers' Retirement\n\nSystem Dedicated Revenue Revolving Fund to the Teachers' Retirement\n\nSystem of Oklahoma to be used by the System for the purposes\n\nprescribed by this section; provided that in no fiscal year shall\n\nthe total amount of such transfers exceed the amount authorized by\n\nthe Legislature for transfer in such fiscal year.\n\nC. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the benefit of the Oklahoma Teachers' Retirement System to\n\nbe designated the \"Teachers' Retirement System Dedicated Revenue\n\nRevolving Fund\" which fund shall be administered by the State\n\nDepartment of Education. The fund shall consist of any monies as\n\napportioned to the fund by Sections 1353, 1403 and 2352 of Title 68\n\nof the Oklahoma Statutes.
