Stat. tit. 62, § 62-343","heading":"Assessment or installments delinquent - Discharge of lien","body":"In the event any such paving or improvement assessments or\n\ninstallments thereof mentioned in Sections 1 and 2 of this act are\n\ndelinquent and in the hands of the county treasurer of the county in\n\nwhich such city or town is located, for collection, then said\n\nreceipt issued by the clerk of such city or town, as provided by\n\nSection 2 of this act, may be presented by the holder thereof to the\n\ncounty treasurer of such county who shall thereupon endorse upon his\n\nrecords the satisfaction and discharge of the paving or improvement\n\ntaxes upon the property for the installments described in such\n\nreceipt, and thereafter such property shall be free and discharged\n\nof and from all further lien for such assessments or installments\n\nthereof.","path":["OK Code","Title 62"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os62.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"d096ee82696eb4b357865129d00ab89155bc0f7c4dee4be098909efacfb3f7e8","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-62-62-342","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-62-62-344"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
