Stat. tit. 62, § 62-345","heading":"Intent of Act - Face value or warrants or bonds","body":"It is the intent and purpose of this act to allow the owner of\n\nany paving, drainage or street improvement warrants or bonds\n\nheretofore or hereafter issued, as described in Sections 1 and 2 of\n\nthis act, to use the same to the extent of their face value in the\n\npayment and satisfaction of all paving, drainage and street\n\nimprovement assessments which have been levied upon his property\n\nlocated in the paving, drainage, or street improvement district in\n\nand for which such paving, drainage or improvement warrants or bonds\n\nwere issued in payment, whether such assessments or installments are\n\ndue or to become due, and to the extent of the face value of such\n\nwarrants or bonds tendered in payment thereof, and to cause all\n\npenalties hereafter collected, and all such penalties heretofore\n\ncollected, which may be identified, by the county treasurer on such\n\ndrainage assessments to be credited to and placed in the funds of\n\nsuch district from which only the warrants and bonds of such\n\ndistrict and the interest thereon, issued for the construction of\n\nsaid improvements, may be paid and discharged.","path":["OK Code","Title 62"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os62.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"336d6c0a16e5c5bcaa42f6185c4304e3082cce12de659b0a96e9e15225d9c135","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-62-62-344","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-62-62-346"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
