Stat. tit. 62, § 62-35.9","heading":"Quarterly progress reports","body":"In addition to any other reporting requirements required by law,\n\nthe Chief Information Officer shall submit quarterly progress\n\nreports to the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices, the Speaker of the House of Representatives and the\n\nPresident Pro Tempore of the Senate. The reports shall be submitted\n\nnot later than January 31, April 30, July 31 and October 31 of each\n\nyear and shall include, but not be limited to, the following\n\ninformation:\n\n1. The status of the implementation of the plan of action\n\nrequired in paragraph 2 of subsection D of Section 34.11.1 of this\n\ntitle;\n\n2. A list of information technology assets and positions\n\ntransferred to the Information Services Division of the Office of\n\nManagement and Enterprise Services pursuant to the provisions of\n\nsubsection C of Section 35.5 of this title;\n\n3. After July 1, 2012, and until the information technology\n\nconsolidation is completed, an annual reduction of three percent\n\n(3%) in operational information technology and telecommunications\n\nexpenditures realized in the aggregate by all consolidated state\n\nagencies;\n\n4. A list of all state agencies which are not using the shared\n\nservices as required in Section 35.6 of this title;\n\n5. A list of all exemptions or extensions granted pursuant to\n\nthe provisions of Section 35.7 of this title; and\n\n6.
