Stat. tit. 62, § 62-357","heading":"Rate of interest on funding or refunding bonds - Period","body":"elapsing before refund.\n\nFunding or refunding bonds of a county, city, town, township,\n\nboard of education or school district issued under existing laws may\n\nnot bear a greater rate of interest than the indebtedness which is\n\nfunded or refunded, or may bear such rate or rates of interest which\n\nshall not constitute a greater overall interest cost existing on\n\nindebtedness which is funded or refunded.
