Stat. tit. 62, § 62-358","heading":"Signing and attestation of bonds - Certificates","body":"All general obligation bonds including funding and refunding\n\nbonds issued by a county, city, town, township, board of education\n\nor school district shall be signed by the chief officer of such\n\nmunicipality or political subdivision and attested by the clerk.\n\nFacsimile signatures may be used as provided in the Registered\n\nPublic Obligations Act of Oklahoma.
