Stat. tit. 62, § 62-365.1","heading":"Jurisdiction of actions","body":"It is hereby provided that courts of record shall have exclusive\n\njurisdiction in all actions for money judgment or for establishing\n\nany indebtedness against any county which, in counties with a\n\npopulation in excess of six hundred thousand (600,000) persons,\n\nhereby includes a jail trust created in Title 60 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes whose sole beneficiary is the county, if approved by the\n\nboard of county commissioners, city, town, board of education,\n\nschool district or other municipal subdivisions of the State of\n\nOklahoma.
