Stat. tit. 62, § 62-365.2","heading":"Certified copy of journal entry - Transmission to","body":"municipal officers.\n\nWhenever a judgment against a county in this state or any other\n\nmunicipal subdivision thereof becomes final, the clerk of the court\n\nwherein such judgment was rendered, or the administrative law judge\n\nor the administrative agency designated by the State Legislature to\n\nadminister the workers' compensation laws of this state, shall\n\nprovide without cost a certified copy of the journal entry of such\n\njudgment or the administrative judgment, decision and determination\n\nto the judgment creditor or attorney for the judgment creditor who\n\nshall transmit same to each of the following municipal officers:\n\n1. The clerk or secretary of the municipality defendant;\n\n2. The treasurer of such municipality; and\n\n3.
