Stat. tit. 62, § 62-381","heading":"Bonds legalized","body":"All bonds issued or voted in good faith by any municipal\n\ncorporation, county, township or school district, in this state,\n\nsince the admission of this state into the Union, where the amount\n\nthereof does not exceed the limit prescribed by the constitution,\n\nand where the election at which the same were voted was conducted in\n\nsubstantial compliance with the law, and where the proceedings of\n\nthe municipal authorities of any such municipal corporation, county,\n\ntownship or school district calling any such election were conducted\n\nin substantial compliance with the law, and the bonds were\n\nauthorized by the requisite vote as required by the constitution and\n\nlaws of Oklahoma, and when the full contract purchase price has been\n\npaid to the municipal corporation, county, township or school\n\ndistrict issuing the same, are hereby made legal and valid,\n\nnotwithstanding any irregularities in the proceedings of the\n\nauthorities of such municipal corporation, county, township or\n\nschool district in calling any such election or in holding the same.","path":["OK Code","Title 62"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os62.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"4c422f9da5fe4aa3ccf7931ca67bc6763427b7b661b5527f5ba55a55f7ebd320","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-62-62-374","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-62-62-382"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
