Stat. tit. 62, § 62-394","heading":"Attestation - Denominations - Term of bonds - Recitals","body":"Bonds issued under this article by any county shall be signed by\n\nthe chairman of the board of county commissioners, and attested by\n\nthe county clerk under the seal of the county. Bonds issued by any\n\ncity or town shall be signed by the mayor or president of the board\n\nand attested by the city or town clerk, under the seal of the city\n\nor town, as the case may be. Bonds issued by any township shall be\n\nsigned by the trustee, attested by the township clerk, and\n\ncountersigned by the township treasurer. Bonds issued by the board\n\nof education of any city shall be signed by the president, and\n\nattested by the clerk of the board under the seal of such board.\n\nBonds issued by any school district shall be signed by the director,\n\nattested by the clerk and countersigned by the treasurer of such\n\nschool district board; and coupons shall be signed by the mayor,\n\npresident, director, trustee or chairman of the board of county\n\ncommissioners, and the clerks, respectively.
