Stat. tit. 62, § 62-42.13","heading":"Revenues not derived from legislative appropriations","body":"All departments, institutions, or agencies of the state which\n\nare operating either partially or entirely from revenues derived\n\nfrom sources other than legislative appropriations, shall file\n\nrequests for allotments under the same provisions herein stated as\n\nare required for direct legislative appropriations which distinctly\n\nspecify the amount appropriated. The Budget Director shall approve\n\nsuch requests for allotments on a line item basis, if the estimated\n\nrevenues accruing to such fund are sufficient to finance such\n\nallotments within the period for which the items are approved, and\n\nif the account classification is sufficient to show the purposes for\n\nwhich the money is to be expended, except that obligations as they\n\nare incurred may not exceed the unencumbered balance of surplus cash\n\non hand in accordance with Section 23, Article 10, Constitution of\n\nthe State of Oklahoma. The Budget Director may require a more\n\ndetailed breakdown of accounts before he approves such requests if\n\nthe request fails to show sufficient information for the Division of\n\nCentral Accounting and Reporting. This section shall apply to such\n\nspending agencies as the State Highway Department, Fish and Game\n\nDepartment, Oklahoma Employment Security Commission and other\n\nspending agencies operating under similar financial arrangements,\n\nincluding federal funds received by any spending agency of the\n\nstate, but shall not apply to donated funds, trust funds or funds of\n\nan agency relationship.","path":["OK Code","Title 62"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os62.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"28ead8dcf1dfedc2faa1fc3defb8b7c363b05453e5fdbb8ff588b364f43e76a0","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-62-62-415","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-62-62-421"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
